Highlights: There are about 80 per cent Tibetan people believe in Tibet Buddhism, and there are 4 main sects of Tibetan buddhim, they are Gelugpa sect; Ningmapa sect; Kagyüpa sect and Sakyapa sect.

Monastery sects
1. Gelupa sects: Ganden monastery; Drepung monastery(it was the Dalai Lamas who came to be increasingly identified with the order's grouping political and spiritual prestige), Sera monastery; Tashilumpo monastery(it is the Panchen Lamas who came to be increasingly identified with); Ta'er Monastery (or Kumbum Monastery) in Qinghai province and Labrang Monastery in Gansu province. In this program, you will visit the 4 of these monasteries located in Tibet.
2. Ningmapa sect's: Mindroling monastery in Tsedang
3. Kagyüpa sect's: Tsurphu in monastery located in west of Lhasa city
4. Sakyapa sect's: Sakya monastery located in Shiagatse prefecture.

Itinerary of Feel the main sects of Tibetan religion
Day 01	Arrive in Lhasa. Meet your local guide and then pick p from the airport or train station to hotel, check in and rest for high altitude.
Day 02	Drepung monastery and sera monastery
Day 03	Potala palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor pilgrimage circuit;
Day 04	Lhasa-Ganden monastery, this afternoon drive to Shigatse. overnight in city.
Day 05	After your breakfast, visit Tashilumpo monastery, the residence of Panchen Lama. This afternon drive to Sakya county, overnight in guesthouse.
Day 06	Visit the head monastery of Sakyapa sect, Sakya monastery, drive back to Gyantse, overnight in Gyantse town.
Day 07	Visit Palkhor monastery with kumb pagoda, drive to Tsedang, visit the first monastery in tibet, Samye monastery, then drive to Tsedang Town, overnight there.
Day 08	Visit the head monastery of Ningmapa sect, Mindroling monastery and another Gelugpa monastery, Trundrak monastery. overnight in Tsedang
Day 09	After your breakfast, your 8 days Tibetan Buddhism cultural travel ends, pick up to airport for your next desitnation.
