Day01 Chengdu/Nyingtri(100km, 3hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 2740m, 12-18 centigrade) Overnight at Bayi.

Take the plane from Chengdu to Nyingtri at 07:30am and gets to there around 09:15am, arrange the credential, head for the Nyingtri Cypress Forest which has 2600 years long, pass through the Sela area then head for the aboriginal forest-Lulang Forests.

Day02 Bayi/Niyang River/Bayi Overnight at Bayi
After breakfast, head for the conjunction of Niyang River and Yarlung Tsangpo River, visit the spectacular of the flowing water which you may plaint the majesty, grandness and superb of the nature. After seeing, pass through the charming and gentle Niyang Riverside, head for the dock to ride the barge. On the both sides, there are the thickly dotted aboriginal forests, continuous snow mountain with the fabulous scenery, you also can overlook the cradle of the Benjiao---Benri Holy Mountain. During the way, enjoy Qujiaowu Templae, Fozhang dene, the lake pine tree, at last get to the Yarlun Tsangpu Valley Rukoupai Town. Day03 Bayi Town/Barksum-tso/Lhasa ( 470km, 7hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 2600m, 15-19 centigrade) Overnight at Lhasa
Morning visit the Guangdong-Tibet Aided Base, enjoy the Southeast Pontlevis Valley and the Small Switzerland in Tibet---Darksum-tso which looks like one crescent inlayed in the valley, 12km long, hundreds kilometers wide, with the area of 6000mu. With the yellow duck, white crane,fish, water with the beautiful inverted image Which make the lake fabulous. After enjoy the beauty, drive back to Lhasa.

The first day's parikarama is a gradual walk with multitudes of other local pilgrims chanting and praying. The trail leads to few ups and downs till we reach our camp at Dirapuk (4,750 m.). Camping on the nice grassy meadows with a view of Kailash, north west face at Dirapuk for overnight halt.

Day12 Trek from Dira-puk Monastery to Zutul-puk Monastery by crossing Drolma-la Pass, 15KM, takes about 6 - 7hours
Today our parikarama leads to much higher side of the holy path just beneath the Mount Kailash. The walk will bring us to one of the highest point at Drolma La, 5,200 m. before descending to the gradual field towards Zuthulphuk for the overnight camp. Zuthulphuk has a small monastery.

Day13 Trek back to Darchen,14Km, 4- 5hours
The winding gradual tracks finally ends our holy pilgrimage 5hours, Overnight at Darchen.

Today's visit is to Samya Monastery which is the first one built in the 7th century and has three building with different style (Tibetan Hans and India)

Day06 Tsedang / Yamdrok Lake / Shigatse Overnight at Shigatse ( 3 star hotel)
Up to Kambala pass which is 4794m high, you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso there. It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. Then drive back to Chushul, along Nepal friendship way to Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo Monastery and the spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas in the afternoon.

Day07 Shigatse/ New Tinggri (Shegar)/ Rongphu Monastery / E.B.C Overynight at Rongphu guest house(dorm beds)
Early morning start driving to Rongphu via Shegar, some parts of the road is with constructions. On the way you will cross over Gyatsola Pass at 5,220 m, which is the highest enroute, and from the pass you will see the Himalaya mountain ranges in a clear day.
Rongphu is the highest monastery in Tibet, still a good point to see Mt.Everst. Afternoon start trekking from Rongphu to E.B.C, it takes about 2 hours. Or you can take animal carriage ( 30rmb/per person,round-trip).

Day08 Rongphu/ Shegar/Shigatse Overnight at Shigatse ( 3 star hotel)
If you are lucky enough, you will see sunrise at E.B.C.. About noon time, start driving back to Shigatse. Overnight at Shigatse.

Day09 Shigatse / Gyantse / Lhasa Overnight at Lhasa( 3 star hotel)
After breakfast, drive to Gyantse, only 90km from Shigatse. You will visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumpum, the most stunning architectural wonder in Tibet. Afternoon drive back to Lhasa along the friendship way. Overnight at Lhasa.

You can do a very relax trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.

Day07 Rongbu Monastery/ Evrest Base Camp/ Tinggri / Shigatse ( 450km, 8hours drving, Rough road, 4980m, -5-10 centigrade)
Overnight at Shigatse
After see the sunrise from Rongbu, then walking arrive the place get on the animal carriage then use half hour arrive at Base camp ( Or you also can trekking to Base Camp around 1.5-2hours one way. It is interesting and much more warm and hard to
breath). Hiking up to the top of the photo point take picture for the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then driving down from E.B.C to Tingri then to Shigatse

Then back to Shigatse.
-Warm Tips:
1.Take very warm clothes and shoes with you to Mt. Evrest that you can focous on the wonderful scenery.
2. You had better take some fast food like cookie chocolate with you because there is not so much delicious food from Tingri to E.B.C.
3.The part of road from Yamtso Lake to Langkazi is repairing now, So can not go directly from Langkazi to Gyangtse must be back for Friend-ship Highway to Shigatse then to Gyangtse.

Day05 Shigatse/ Lhatse/ Tingri (Shegar)/Tingri/ Rongphu Monastery( 440km, 8 hours driving, 4980m, -5-10 centigrade)
Overnight at Rongphu
Takeh the Friend-ship way pass Lhatse to Tingri. One the way you will pass the checking point with your TTB permit, travel permit and passport. Then pass by Tingri. By the entrance of Everest Base Camp. From Tingri to E.B.C with the very rough road, pass the wild grassland, cross the rapids river and high mountains. Day02 Chamdo / Jampaling Monastery / Riwoche(105km, 5-6hours) Overnight at Riwoche.
Chamdo is the major transport, administrative and trade centre of the Kham region. In the morning visit Jampaling Monastery on the hilltop, do pilgrimage circumambulation. Then drive to Riwoche.

Day03 Riwoche / Riwoche Monastery / Tengchen (150KM,6-7hours) Overnight at Tengchen.
Morning drive to visit Riwoche Monastery Tsuglhakhang, then start driving to Tengchen, visit Zhizhu Monastery, considered to be Tibet's largest Bon Monastery. This part road from Riwoche to Tengchen is very narrow, better no stop on the way.

Day04 Tengchen /Sok (306km) Overnight at Sok
Today you will see the fabulous views of nomad camps and yak herds made tiny by the huge range of snowy peaks to the south, cross the stunning Shel-la(4830m) pass, probably you will have a chance to visit the impressive Sok Tsanden Monastery, the miniature Potala.

Day05 Sok / Nagchu (238km) Overnight at Nagchu.
Today you will be well and truly in the grasslands of northern Tibetan. on the way you will pass several small villages, nomad tents.

Day06 Nagchu / Namtso Lake (210km) Overnight at Tent guesthouse.
Take the Qinghai-Tibet Hway to arrive at Damxung, then pass the Largen-La, arrives at one of the three holy lakes in Tibet - Namtso. You can do a bit walking at Namtso Lake side.

Day07 Namtso / Yangbachen hot-spring / Lhasa ( 190Km) Overnight at Lhasa
After a bit walking at Namtso, start driving back to Lhasa, on the way go to Yangbachen have a hot-spring, wash over all dust after a long jounery.

Day08: Lhasa ciy tour sightseeing Overnight in Lhasa
